Tahini Mushroom Chocolate Smoothie

There are endless ways to get your daily serving of Mushroom Chocolate, and this is likely to become your new fav. Creamy, satisfying and filled with healthy, whole food fuel along with the vitality boost and immune support of our adaptogenic Mushroom Chocolate.


Ingredients:

1 chopped, frozen banana

1 Tbsp raw tahini

2.5 Tsp Mushroom Chocolate

1/2 C milk of choice*

Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

Shot of espresso or coffee concentrate (optional)

Cacao nibs (optional)

Directions:

Add all ingredients (except nibs if you’re using them) to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs.

*If you want to make it extra rich by using a high fat milk like coconut, or half + half, I suggest doing part milk and part water (or coffee/espresso if you’re adding that).
